Our Mission

The Life Enrichment Center is a cooperative group of Christian home-educating families using our skills and education to minister to one another and to share in the spiritual and educational training of our children.

This shared responsibility makes it imperative that we know each member and have complete confidence in them. To facilitate this we prefer applications with a recommendation from a current LEC member or your pastor. Interested families are encouraged to visit the co-op before joining, and every new application will be reviewed prior to acceptance. We have chosen to do this in an effort to assure unity and community. Finally, and most importantly, participating adults must have accepted Christ's sacrifice for the remission of their sins, have a personal relationship with Christ, and be involved in a local church body.

Academically, Life Enrichment Center will provide Jr. and Sr. High courses that will assist our students in their diploma / state requirements and life goals, while allowing the individual parent to maintain the ultimate authority and responsibility for the child's academic achievement. LEC elementary courses will provide a fun and safe learning environment to nurture a love of learning without extensive homework requirements.

Statement of Faith

We believe that there is one God and He exists in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matt. 28:19, 2 Cor. 13:14)  Jesus was born of a virgin, died for our sins, rose again on the third day, and ascended to heaven. It is not by works, but only by God's grace, through the death and resurrection of Jesus, and by putting our faith in Him that we are saved and can have eternal salvation and avoid eternal punishment. (Isa. 7:14, Rom. 4:25, Eph. 2:8-9)  The Holy Spirit has come to us to edify the Church and being it into unity for the glory of God. (Rom. 12:4-5, John 16:7-15, 1 Cor. 12:3-11, 1 Cor. 14:12)  He has given us the Bible, the living Word of God. It is infalliable, inerrant, and the final authority for all matters of faith and conduct. (2 Tim. 3:16-17)

Our co-op is held weekly throughout the school year to help establish friendships and provide academia.
